CONTENT

This presentation is about the general situation in Athens in regards to the refugee crisis. And a more personal account of volunteering in refugee camps and squats, getting to know the people who fled and understanding their struggles in Europe. As well as being inspired by the swarming solidarity that we experienced during our time in Athens.

We are two DNS students, who went to Greece for the  first time in 2016 to understand the situation and hear about the experiences which people had been through and raise awareness. Since Athens as remained to us as a place of resistance and the fight against Fortress Europe.
