CONTENT

The workshop will examine some concepts that the typical “do-gooder” holds, and talk about the complex issues that arise when a person of privilege wants to “help people in Africa”.

Learning one’s way out of things like the White Savior Complex and embracing Solidarity Politics involves a lot of listening and being uncomfortable.
